How to Install Your eSIM
Install your EzEsim travel eSIM in just a few minutes and stay connected wherever you go.
Before You Start
Make sure your phone is ready

Is your phone eSIM compatible?
Enter your phone model below to check whether it supports eSIM.
Before purchasing: Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. eSIM availability can vary by model, carrier, and country.
Step by Step
Install your eSIM
Follow the instructions for your phone.
iPhone
Install using your QR code
Open your camera
Open the Camera app and scan the QR code from your EzEsim installation email.
Follow the prompts
Tap the notification that appears and follow the on-screen instructions to add your eSIM.
Turn on your eSIM
Go to Settings → Cellular and make sure your new eSIM is turned on.
Select your eSIM for cellular data
Select your EzEsim line as the cellular data line when you're ready to use your travel data.
Android
Install using your QR code
Open Settings
Open your phone's Settings and look for SIM Manager, Mobile Network, or Cellular.
Add an eSIM
Select Add eSIM, Add mobile plan, or the equivalent option on your device.
Scan your QR code
Scan the QR code from your EzEsim installation email and follow the prompts.
Turn on your travel eSIM
Select your EzEsim eSIM for mobile data when you're ready to use your travel plan.

Install before you travel
Install your eSIM while connected to Wi-Fi before your trip.
Turn on data roaming
Your travel eSIM may require data roaming to be enabled.
Keep your installation email
Keep your QR code and activation information somewhere safe.
